Tifoo Zinc plating solution – the product features at a glance:

The allrounder for protecting iron and steel from corrosion. For vehicles as well as for outdoor applications in your house and garden: The galvanic zinc plating with the Tifoo Zinc electrolyte allows a permanent protection from rust holes, rusty spots and bodywork destruction, e.g. for vintage cars (vintage car restoring). If you have had enough of the paint peeling of because of pitting corrosion, you'll now have the solution to your problem: The galvanic zinc layer protects workpieces made of iron and steel efficiently from rust and gives them a visually appealing surface thanks to its bright colour. When realized with pen plating, this method is also called e-zink and has the advantage that the objects to be plated don't even have to be removed.
The Tifoo Zinc electrolyte is perfectly suited for tank- as well as for pen plating. With the weakly acidic, cyanide-free zinc electrolyte, you'll be able to easily galvanize by yourself!
- recommended current density: 2.5 amperes / dm² (tank plating)
- needed voltage: about 1-3 volts for tank plating, 1-5 Volt for pen plating
Just use our zinc electrolyte with a zinc anode and you can already galvanize by yourself without any problems.
