The silver top for graphite anodes is a MUST HAVE for successful silver-plating with the Tifoo Silver plating solution via brush plating. Just fold the plate over the graphite rod anode (not in the scope of supply) and it's ready to use. The silver dissolved slowly during the deposition and therefore guarantees an even silver concentration. This will give you a gleaming, pretty silver layer.
