The novel formulas of our silver testing agents are free of the conventionally used carcinogenic chromates which are subject to hazardous materials regulations. Therefore, our silver test system is also permitted for private users. An unambiguous colour change (distinct yellow colouring) quickly indicates the authenticity of the silver sample. Besides, the test can be applied to differentiate between fine silver and Sterling silver (925 silver) and lower-grade silver-copper alloys. Simply apply testing agents 1 and 2 either on the abraded silver material on the touchstone or even directly on the surface of the test object and observe, whether a colour change is taking place or not. That's it for the silver proof!
